;-re: Poison Ivy's guitar - Gretsch Guitars just put out some cool Eddie Cochrane and 'aged' model guitars. I was thinking, if anybody else deserves a signature model, it's Poison Ivy! She's been playing the same 1958 6120(with pre-patent Filter 'Tron p/ups) since the late 70's! Those earlier Chet's had lighter top bracing; Gretsch doesn't have a reissue like Ivy's. I'd buy one! rock-on

I just heard that -early Cramps producer/legend- Alex Chilton passed away 2 weeks ago. (17-3-2010) I want to offer condolences to all his family, friends and fans. 'Gravest Hits', and 'Songs..' are my favorite Cramps recordings. He's boppin' with Lux now! Rock on, mars
